洋菓子とパンのお店[３人娘]
お久しぶりです！優子です (＾＾*)夏休みは帰省し、テレビの前で高校野球に熱中していました☆皆さんはどのようにお過ごしでしたか？
さて、東京フロンティアシティ＜パーク＆パークス＞はというと、モデルルームはもちろん、シアターやゲストルームの工事も着々と進んでおります。楽しみにお待ちくださいませ。
周辺環境にも変化がありました！今月、販売センターのお隣、べるぽーと汐入の西館にPAYSANT GALLO（ペイザン・ギャロ）という、洋菓子とパンのお店が新しく入りました☆さっそくチェックしてきましたので、今回はそのレポートです♪
取材も快くOKしてくださったシェフの皆さんです！
具材がプリプリしてて存在感抜群のフォカッチャ。フルーツがたっぷりのったタルト。焼きたて、甘くて香ばしいパン。
う～ん、どれもおいしそうです(＾▽＾＊)♪♪しかも、身体に良く安全な原料だけを使っているとのことなので安心ですね☆
どれにしようか迷ったあげく、ケーキ4種類に決めました。あっ、もちろん販売センターの先輩方へのお土産ですよ（＾_＾;
まずは定番シュークリームから。「濃厚なカスタードクリームがたっぷり詰まっていて、甘いもの好きにはたまらない！！」
次に、鮮やかで豪華な季節のタルト☆今の時期は無花果も入っています。「フルーツの酸味と、クリームの甘さ、タルトのサクサク感が絶妙にマッチしている！」
見た目も涼しげなブルーベリーのチーズケーキは「さっぱりしたブルーベリーが上品に仕上げている。口に入れるととろける。こってりしていないので、甘いものが苦手な人でもいけると思う！」
最後はブルーベリーを贅沢に使ったブルーベリータルトです。「結構甘い。タルト生地は柔らかめ。食べ応え十分！」
このように、販売センターでも好評です☆
